Villa La Dacha on St. Martin is a stunning cliffside villa in the elite Falaise des Oiseaux district of distinctive Terres Basses. The impressive entry provides an inviting glimpse of the turquoise waters of the ocean, with multiple seating areas on either side. Guests will enjoy an indoor/outdoor feeling with arched doorways open to the outdoors and a protected terrace furnished with white and rattan seating. Villa La Dacha has every amenity for a relaxing island vacation, including a separate billiard room inside and a nicely equipped seaside gym.

This gorgeous villa provides the ultimate in privacy, with its secluded Falaise des Oiseaux location and ensuite baths with showers in each of the five air-conditioned bedrooms. The expansive gourmet kitchen and convenient dining areas make this home the perfect place for entertaining. For casual meals there is a long breakfast bar off the kitchen and a glass topped breakfast table. Outside, a dining table is perched at the edge of the terrace so to capture water views.

Three of the bedrooms have king size beds . The fourth bedroom has twin double beds & the fifth bedrooms has a queen bed . Three of the bedrooms are located around the pool and the two other bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house, accessible by outside staircases . All the bathroom have private shower baths and air conditioned and outside showers.

This gated property has it all, from a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and gas barbecue to the gazebo outside. Conveniences like a dishwasher, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances make it a true home away from home. The beach is just a few minutes' walk, and the Terra Basses location of Villa Dacha places it close to romantic dining in Nettle Bay and boutique shopping and waterfront restaurants in Marigot.
