The Villa Neo is 2 levels with ceilings that reach up to the heaven's and claim it's fame to the destination, only in St. Bart's fashion. When you walk outside you'll find a truly incredible and unique space outside, with a large and luxurious deck that has been furnished with everything from outdoor movie screen, dining and seating areas, lounging chairs that you melt into and an extra large infinity heated pool measuring 108 ft. with overflowing Jacuzzi. There is no where in the world more exceptional than Neo.

Neo has some of the most incredible views but alos amazing and spacious guest suites. Each bedroom has a stereo and Apple TV, U.S, satellite TV, all controlled by an iPad. The large master suite features a king bed and has a separate seating area with direct access to the pool and a large bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The second equally beautiful bedroom on the main level also offers direct access to the terrace, with en-suite bathroom. The 3rdd suites has only a partial ocean view but is just as amazing with the guests in mind everything is made to impress. On the upper level Neo has two additional bedrooms on this level that connect with private terrace. The last bedroom and also the 3rd on the second floor features a seating and dressing area as well as en-suite bathrooms.
