Located on the exclusive Amber Belair development Tree Frog Villa offers a very spacious living environment in an enviable location. The villa has been built to a very high specification and was completed in December 2007. The interiors feature polished hard wood floors and Balinese style cathedral ceilings. Tree Frog has a spacious air-conditioned kitchen featuring top of the line equipment with adjoining breakfast room.

Located on the south side of the villa are the dining room, lounge and TV room. To the west side of the property is the south facing Master bedroom with luxurious bathroom with whirlpool bath. On the east side of the property are four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the lower floor. French doors from the lounge and dining rooms lead onto the sunny pool deck and the large infinity edge pool featuring natural river stones. Tree Frog also features a gym/games room with a pool table & a table tennis table, a running machine, free weights and cycling machine. The gym also has cable TV.

A short drive away is the picturesque St. George's, Grand Anse beach, shops, supermarkets and the airport. The villa's housekeeper, Jane, works from 8 am to 3 pm each day while the villa is occupied. Jane is available for cleaning, but at extra cost various services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs, waiting staff etc.

Bedrooms: 5 in total. 2 with king beds, 1 with 2 queen beds and 2 with twin's beds. All have air conditioning & fans.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Pool: Infinity edge pool. A pool liability wavier required.

Beach: Located nearby in Prickly Bay at The Calabash Hotel where villa guests can use various facilities.
