Nutmeg Bay Villa is a fantastic villa rental, with 5 bedrooms in the main house and a 6th bedroom located in a lovely self contained apartment, adjacent to the main property. Nutmeg is wonderfully close to a quiet beach, and is located in the sought after area of L'Anse aux Epines. Bars, restaurants and shops are all a short drive away, along with other beautiful beaches and lots of sights to see during your stay.

This property is ideal for weddings and the villa well set out for catering to larger group. A chef can be provided for an additional fee.

Nutmeg Bay Villa has a fabulous living room, with high ceilings, plenty of large windows and double doors which open out onto the terrace and pool. It is decorated in fresh, neutral colours to give the whole place a calm, relaxing feel which is perfect for a vacation base. There is comfortable seating, lovely artwork and cable TV to enjoy during your stay.

The kitchen at Nutmeg Bay is a great size, and, in keeping with the rest of the villa, has really high quality fittings and furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of surface and storage space, and even has the added feature of a breakfast bar.

The dining room is stunning. With high ceiling and a chandelier above, this room has a luxurious feel. The large dining room in the centre is complimented by the light shining through from the large double windows.

All bedrooms at Nutmeg Bay Villa open out onto the pool terrace, and have air conditioning and are en suite. To add to the luxury feel, all bedrooms also have their own phone line extension and internet access line. These room are calm and decorated in fresh neutral tones.

Nutmeg Bay Villa has a superb infinity pool, with plenty of seating areas both in the sunshine and in the shade. There is a barbecue unit, and a fantastic dining area so guests can enjoy there meals outside in the shade. There are two gazebos, and plenty of sun loungers to go around, located just by the pool side.
