Villa Seaduction is located in Nassau is one of the few homes on the island with a heated pool! This home was build by the Dupont's in the 1950's, then sold to Lord Sassoon, the current owners are the fifth family to own this incredible property. The home has a 10 ft. wall for those interested in having total privacy. Just steps from the patio you will find a door that will take you down directly to the beach. The entire back of the house faces the ocean and has a large deck. Guests enjoy 160 linear feet of ocean frontage.

All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. The room is 22 by 22 feet with one wall having 3 French doors that face the ocean. The master bathroom has 2 water tiles in the shower, heated jacuzzi, and bidet. The living room/dining room is 44 ft by 16 ft. Each bedroom has two full size beds, and one twin bed under the full size bed. All bedrooms have closets. Wireless Internet connection available in the house. House has a generator with automatic transfer. There is a Reverse Osmosis filtration system for drinking water. The home is equipped with a whole home water filtration system. The house has a 400 gallon water holding tank. The fully-equipped Kitchen has an Italian Range Bertazzoni, Bosch dishwasher, LG washer, and other high-end appliances. From paint, to appliances to the pool finish all choices are luxurious. Snorkeling tours are not needed, there is a very healthy marine life by the house. The heated swimming pool and hot tub face the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean! You can fish directly from the pool deck.
