This Jasmine on the Isle Home is the newest addition to our signature stamp collection. Homes we have a hand in helping reach a new audience with great location, décor and management. This new addition is located in Old Bahama Bay on the West End, a multi-million dollar estate with a welcome Caribbean Flair. The owner has made this house open to vacationers hoping to experience the island life and enjoy all that the Bahamas has to offer.

The house offers a blend of modern touches, from the moment you walk in you will feel as if you have arrived. The House opens up to large living area with a wonderful sitting room and views of the pool and water. The feeling is pure luxury from the travertine floors to the soaring ceilings with weaved palm fans set high above. The room is made to be the “Great Room” of the house, giving it a central point for families to spend time together, dine or watch movies.

The bedrooms are all in the Best of Caribbean Flair. You have a Master with King bed and en-suite bath, lovely large soaking tub and travertines and granites complete this great en-suite. The Guest Suites include Two Queen Rooms, One room with 2 Twins and a Bunk room with Full bottom and Twin topside beds. These share 2 more lovely bathrooms designed in the same fashion, with natural stone and a modern “Resort Style” finish. The house blends the color of the rich blues of the ocean and deep coral of the sands, it’s truly a relaxing retreat.

No house is complete without a fantastic gourmet kitchen and this house does not disappoint. The house focuses on keeping the cook in touch with his friends or family, with a wide open space you can look from one end to the other and never feel left behind. A dynamic and dramatic space that offers even the most intimate of groups a feeling that they can share of be independent of the group at the same time. The stainless appliances and rich granite countertops really give the kitchen life. You will also have all you need to cook or just enjoy a chef or culinary course if you wish. We offer culinary courses as well for those interested.

Outside of the home is where most end up spending their time, enjoying the pool or fishing off of the dock, or taking our golf cart to the nearest beaches. This is really a wonderful place, nothing like it. The pool is perfectly positioned to invite all to join as the glass windows frame it’s silhouette in the sunlight or moonlight. Out here you can also enjoy a BBQ or unwind with a glass of wine after a long day of shopping. No matter what you choose to do, you will have fun doing it.
