It features a welcome alcove that leads to the great room and bedroom levels, each with private entrance, en-suite bathroom and terrace. The outdoor space is accentuated by a turtle shade structure for lounging with ample terrace space for al fresco dining and barbecue grilling.

The Master Bedroom is complete with king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom featuring an outdoor shower and private path to palapa lounge area. One guest bedroom features queen and twin bunk beds with en-suite bathroom, while another guest bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower. An additional guest room features a king bed with en-suite bathroom which overlooks the pool and bay beyond. A cart is included with this villa.

This property is located on Oil Nut Bay which is a coral reef bay described as "headland attached linear reef".
