Costa Verde 3 is a modern home with beautiful garden showers, travertine floors throughout, and wide open views of the Caribbean with full glass sliding doors. Costa Verde 3 offers guests world-class resort amenities in tranquil and lush tropical surroundings.

Costa Verde 3 features vaulted ceilings throughout, shuttered bedroom doors that completely slide open for full ocean views from all bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout the house, large flat screen TV’s and a large terrace that completely surrounds the house for extended living space .

The villa comes fully staffed with two maid/cooks, butler and gardener that have been with our family over 25 years. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily and dinner arrangements with butler/bartender services may be made in advance at no extra charge. The staff speaks Spanish and English. The oversized pool and heated jacuzzi area serve perfectly for dining poolside overlooking the Caribbean and is fantastic for entertaining. The villa is very lush and tropical with an island feel throughout.
