You are only steps away from the famous white sands of Seven Mile Beach, where you can enjoy the glistening waters or take a stroll and enjoy the beauty of majestic sunsets.

This complex boosts two large pools where you can glide into to cool your sun-warmed skin or where the kids can splash the afternoon away. The complex is equipped with lighted tennis courts with a ball machine, a playground for the kids, BBQs for grilling up your favorite meals, showers where you can rinse off, kayaks and paddle boards. There is also a newly installed washer and dryer!.

Inside the unit you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable King bed and the second bedroom has two twins. The full kitchen, living and dining area makes it easy to enjoy meals inside or to relax from a busy day exploring the island.

The Seven Mile Beach corridor hosts many condos and resorts, hotels, shops and restaurants, combined with the Camana Bay development, on the opposite side of the strip, that provides high-end waterfront shopping, a large cinema complex, plus several restaurants, bars and a weekly outdoor local produce market every Wednesday.
