When you enter through the private gates of this amazing 3.2 acre gated estate, you notice it is a one of kind property with world class quality and design. This estate boasts 360 degrees of magnificent views of lake Austin plus 500 acres of city park and has Lake Austin access. The winding driveway is reminiscent of a European Castle, taking you around the grounds and dropping you in front of the beautiful home, while another winding staircase takes you up into the magic, where vacations happen.

The foyer is a breath of fresh air, with hard woods and travertine flooring as far as the eye can see, drawing you into the beautiful dining area where you'll enjoy perfect meals with your family and friends then pulling you into the living area where you can sit and have late night conversations after a long day on the lake, then to the game room where you can play pool or poker, or maybe a move within your own Elaborate Movie theater with stadium seating and a screen that goes on forever. The house is setup for the family who wants more and is willing to ask for it. There is no lack of convenience or luxury, in fact the only thing missing is you.

Within the house you'll also find a very rare commercial elevator for those guests who cannot take the stairs or just want the fun of going from floor to floor. However the stairs are a place to marvel, with each facet of the European Architecture flowing from column to column and painted arched Ceilings that breathe Italian Piazza, where you can marvel at the moments and gather to enjoy the days and nights you'll be spending here unwinding. No Master Suite in a house like this can be ordinary, in fact we can expect it to breathe the life that it is indeed styled by with adjoining spa, private balcony, marble shower with 11 sprayers, fountain Jacuzzi tub and a slew of touches like high end linens and flat screen television. The guests suites are all simply divine as well, with 2 Additional King Suites and 4 Large Doubles. All rooms are designer decorated and made to bring in the warmth of the home as well as a feeling of connection and balance from room to room. As well guests will find a fantastic Gym which is great for those who love to keep fit even while vacationing, wonderful for VIP and Entertainment professionals as well.

Most families tend to gather on the decks outside, where you have formal indoor and outdoor eating areas, multiple bar areas. Outdoor Oasic with 2 story semi covered pools, cave grotto, multiple fountains, water falls, accent lighting and flat screen TV. There are so many goodies within this home that you will find yourself taking a few tours of the home prior to settling in.

This home is a complete smart home with integrated whole house audio, lighting, ac, video, security, pool and other central control. We can accommodate hiring a chef and maid during your stay and providing a full service, simply let us know.
