The house has 2 kitchens, 2 a/c units, 2 security systems, 2 telephone numbers, etc.), 4800 sq. ft of total space, 6 bedrooms (sleeps 16), 5 bathrooms, both floors complete with separate living, cooking and eating quarters – or use just one floor, the choice is yours.  You can stroll outside every morning with the kids and enjoy the warm Florida water.  The house is spacious and welcoming for any family.  You will love this paradise.

Over the past 12 years we have rented 4 different beach front properties for our family reunion. This property was hands down, not just the best of the lot, but was simply amazing. The listing was accurate, but not even the pictures prepare you for the breath taking view that awaits you as you reach the top of the stairs. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was state of the art and access to the beach was perfect. The owner was extremely accommodating and did everything within his power to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back and recommend without reservation this property.

The southern Melbourne Beach area is never crowded. The house is near Sebastian Inlet with many activities in the area, such as some of Florida's most famous fishing and treasure hunting. You will be just over an hours drive from Orlando and all of its attractions, only half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and just two and a half hours away from South Beach in Miami. Fishing, boating, sunbathing, hiking, walking, golfing, water ski, jet ski, treasure hunt, you can have it all!
