The Sayan boutique building is a private, serene oceanfront building located in the heart of Miami.  Upon arrival our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities, underneath the building.  Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a waterfall with seating area.  Here your client relation executive will meet you with you to welcome you and your guests into your private accommodations.

Upon entering our fully furnished and exceptionally designed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, condo residence, you will find yourself in a foyer with a distinctive glass chandelier and beautiful white tile floors.  To your immediate right is the den and library.  The den holds a personal desk, shelving and a flat screen TV.  This is a perfect location for an afternoon work session or just lounging around with friends. 

Just left of the Foyer is one of the two guests’ suites, which comes with a private bath, flat screen television, and walk in closet.  Just to the right of the foyer is a half bath for those times when you have company visiting.  Just as you pass the foyer you will step into the Great room, with its white contemporary furniture made to reflect the deep blue of the ocean that are visible from the terrace just in front.  This amazing Great Room includes a formal dining area, sofas and seating for the guests and a large flat screen TV with a full entertainment center. 

Just to the left of the Great room is the second guest suite, accompanied with private bathroom, walk in closets and access to the private terrace.  To the right of the Great Room you will find and extraordinary kitchen with all of the high end touches you would hope for in a gourmet kitchen.  In the kitchen there is also a small breakfast nook with 5 chairs as well as access to the terrace.  While exiting the kitchen you will find the master suite to your left, with private bath, his and her sinks, private seating area, a walk in closet and direct access to the private terrace.  This unit also includes access to your own private laundry room with washer and dryer.
