It is the right villa for up to 10 people.   As you walk in you will notice the large layout, with modern touches, the feel is upscale and welcoming for families traveling.

 

The house comes standard with your towels, linens, washer/dryer/cutlery for your enjoyment.  Additionally the house is centrally located, so you can visit a number of sites within minutes with the children.  The Vacation Home location is perfect if you are looking to get away from it all with children, the pool can be heated to your pleasure, you can rent a boat, and enjoy nights overlooking the waterway.

 

The modern kitchen would make any mother proud; the granite kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cutlery, dishware, and glasses.  Your family can also sit and speak to you while you cook, as the kitchen opens up to the rest of the house with an open air feeling. 

 

 The spacious living room is inviting, and includes standard cable channels for your watching pleasure.  The home also comes with an open fireplace, which is cozy for those who like to sit and read or relax after a hard day of sightseeing or playing by the pool. The pool area has a built-in BBQ grill.

 

There is a boat dock and a boat lift and a very nice area to enjoy your breakfast close by the river or have a drink in the afternoon.  You can schedule a boat to come with the house at an additional cost, it will be delivered right to your door.  A simple skipper’s course and you’re off to enjoy the private beaches all around the Cape.
