You’ll find everything you need in the state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Five seats at the breakfast bar add room for large groups or morning mimosas.

Of course, with a sprawling backyard and covered patio, you may want to sip your cocktails poolside. You can also enjoy brunch al-fresco at the chic dining set, or relax under one of many oversized umbrellas. On hot days, activate the patio misting system or jump in the refreshing swimming pool. As the sun sets, illuminate the pool for lounging after dusk, or enjoy the mountain scenery from your hot tub. The back yard also features elegant stringer lights that illuminate the grounds and allow guests to enjoy the outdoor space well into the evening.

At the day’s end, you’ll have a private escape in each of the home’s three bedrooms. The master, decorated in stylish indigo hues with a mid-century statement wall, has a queen-size bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open onto a semi-private patio with an outdoor living area and ping-pong table.

Styled in minimalist decor with desert hues and a unique patterned bed frame, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite bath. The third bedroom features whimsical, mid-century decor with pops of turquoise and cherry-red. This room also has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. A full bath with walk-in shower is located directly across the hall. Both bedrooms feature sliding glass doors to the front yard with views of the home’s private putting green.

For adventures beyond home, if you can bring yourself to leave, Sun & Fun is only minutes from downtown Palm Springs and just a short walk or drive from Palm Canyon Drive, where you can shop, dine, and immerse yourself in the nightlife.
