Mountaintop Escape! Unbelievable huge home with the highest swimming pool in the state of Nevada! This one of a kind treasure is absolutely magical with sleeping for 18 people, extraordinary views of the Reno Valley and surrounding pine filled mountains, 5400 feet of living space, and a game room with a pool table!

There is 5 bedrooms along with 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, 3 levels that can accommodate 18 people perfectly. The kitchen, TV Turret Room, and all bathrooms have been remodeled, and the views are to die for! The pool is open in the summer from June 15 - September 30, but what a treat!

The house is still wonderful for your next trip any time of year, and the price is right too! The pool table has a ping pong topper with all the equipment for some extreme fun, there is also a large flat TV and karaoke machine in the downstairs game room.

There are 2 small alcove rooms perfect for board games or cards, and there are decks everywhere. Sitting on an acre, you'll have space to roam and don't forget about the children's tree-house playground! The pool area is awesome, plenty of outdoor furniture, toys for the kiddos, and space to keep all 18 comfortable! The home is located just minutes from Mount Rose Ski Resort and there is a ski rental/equipment shop just a block away. But, you will be about a 20 minute drive (non-snow conditions) to the Lake Tahoe Shoreline.

***Please note: The home is located on the Reno side of Lake Tahoe over an 8900 foot mountain pass. The pass does stay open year round but during heavy snowfall, it may close from time to time for snow removal needs. Please contact us if you have any questions.***
