This particularly spacious 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for those with or without children wanting a stylish and comfortable 'home from home' in London. Balham has a huge choice of bars, international restaurants and shops, including both Waitrose and Sainsburys, all within a 5 minute walk. And the famous Bedford Pub/Banana Cabaret live music and comedy venue is just round the corner!

Located all on the ground floor, this large, light and bright apartment has a beautiful private garden which can be accessed off the kitchen or via a set of double doors in the master bedroom. There is a fully fitted eat-in family kitchen, a very large lounge with ample chairs and sofas (1 a double sofabed), generously sized master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with either a double bed or a set of bunks as required, and a bathroom with full sized bath and shower. The garden comes complete with garden furniture and barbecue. But if it's wide open spaces you're after - for a stroll or a jog - Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Commons (the latter boasting Europe's biggest open air swimming pool) are all within just a few minutes’ walk.

Kitchen: gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer. All the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could wish for are provided. There is a family dining table for 6 and a fireplace.  The very large lounge has a 42" flat screen TV, fireplace, 2 large sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and easy chair. Additional fold-away single beds can be added if required and the lounge can be closed off from the kitchen/diner with double doors, effectively making a third bedroom.

A huge bright master bedroom has a double bed (with memory foam mattress) and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Double doors lead directly onto the sunny garden.  The second bedroom has ample built in storage space and a triple bunk (double lower and single upper).  A baby cot, high chair and waterproof bedding protectors (single & double) available on request.
