This estate is situated on a land of 10.000sqms in Pirgi, between Paradise bay and Super Paradise beach, just a few minute drive from the famous beach restaurants Jackie ‘O and Cavo Paradiso. It has 230 degrees of uninterrupted sea view of the islands of Naxos and Delos.

The Estate consists of two large villas (Villa Carina & Villa Delilah) and 8 guest houses and it accommodates 17 couples or 34 people + 2 kids. The property can be booked as a whole Estate, where guests have the possibility to use the helipad and the small church in order to host events, or just the villas independently.

Villa Carina is a unique 250 square meters property that consists of six bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, while the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. There is also an open kitchen, large indoor dining and living rooms, an immense outdoor dining area, bar and BBQ, all covered by a pergola, a beautiful 110 square meters swimming pool, a comfortable outdoor living room-lounge area covered by a pergola, surround sound system all around and a WC. In addition to the Main House there are also two guest houses that can accommodate two couples. In total this villa accommodates 8 couples or 16 people.

In addition to the above villa and guest houses, there are 4 guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms and amazing sea view, that can accommodate in total four couples or 8 people.

Outdoors, guests can also relax at the beautiful, pergola covered lounge-living room area next to the swimming pool, while enjoying the surround sound system which is installed.
