St Katharine’s Houseboat is a five bedroom, five bathroom home in Tower Hill. This unusual home’s open-plan living area sweeps from a generous conservatory (where there’s a table for fourteen) to a snug, split-level sitting room, and has a wall of windows that overlook the docks. Sea-themed accessories, porthole windows and panelled ensuite bathrooms give the five bedrooms a charming nautical vibe – this place really is one of a kind.

The area’s incredibly central, and you’re within easy reach of many of the city’s most famous sights, museums and galleries. Tower Hill tube station is a ten-minute walk.

Although children and babies are welcome to stay in this houseboat, your hosts would like to forewarn that children should be supervised at all times, especially whilst in the outside space and near doors and windows.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

The houseboat's manager will visit once a week for two hours to maintain the boat. He has a key to let himself into the home.

The bed in the fifth bedroom is a raised bed. The third and fifth bedroom share an ensuite. The fourth bedroom ensuite is also accessible from the second bedroom. The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.

Like all boathouse, when very windy conditions, tension on moorings would make little noise. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
