Villa Santa Clara offers 3 king size bedrooms with air conditioning  and private bathrooms. Both Living room and Dining room are wide open on the swimming pool. On the outside, a garden house with fresh air thanks to its west Indian openings. It is the perfect place to remain in the shade, facing the swimming pool and with a splendid sea view. Access to the Villa is all private and includes a large parking lot. Villa Santa Clara is at a 10 minute walk from the most beautiful beaches (longue island beach) and close to many other well known beaches of the Saint Martin Island. Villa Santa Clara is at a 10 minute drive from many restaurants, casinos and night clubs of the Dutch area. At a 15 minute drive from Marigot in the French area, you will enjoy French and Creole gastronomic cuisine. Every single details are gathered together so you spend a nice, full of memories and restful time alone, twosome or with friends at the Villa Santa Clara.

Villa Santa Clara’s vast living room and dining room of 860 sq. ft is well furnished: 1 very large white leather couch and solid wood pieces of furniture. Widescreen plasma TV set, Canal+ decoder, DVD player, CD player and iPod dock. The living room is next to the dining room equipped with a high dining table and 6 natural teak high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, gas hob, oven, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, espresso coffee machine and Weber BBQ). The kitchen is next to the dining room.

Both living and dining rooms are wide opened to a terrace, a bar and an outside dining room, facing the pool and its 2150 sq.ft poolside area with beach chairs. A large gazebo (garden house) welcomes the outside living room. A separate area owns a restroom as well as a shower which are quite convenient when back from the beach or the pool. The 430 sq. ft swimming pool has been redesigned in diamond bright. 

 

3 bedrooms own beautiful a wood four-poster bed including mosquito net, Creole traditional roots. The all have the same level of comfort and equipment: king size bed (6 1/2 by 6 1/2), air conditioning, large cupboard, carpet, private bathroom including a large shower and a toilet. They are also equipped with an iPod dock and a small safe. You share with the other rooms scales and hair dryer. Shimmering colors reflecting greedy flavors, the bedrooms provide you with the ambiance and harmony of the Villa Santa Clara.
