Parrot Cay offers three 2-bedroom Beach Villas, each with 1,733 sq ft of luxury and magnificent oceanfront views. These detached villas with direct beach access offer two large master bedrooms with four-poster beds adorned with white voile draping. These rooms also offer air conditioning and a colonial-styled ceiling fan for added comfort. Each room has a private verandah or sundeck and an en-suite bathroom. There's a third single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Each villa has a living room with a generous dining area that leads out onto the sundeck, near a heated swimming pool and outside dining pavilion. There's a kitchen and private butler service. Some additional amenities include a dual line, direct dial telephone with voicemail, a fax machine (on request), a hairdryer and bathrobes, electronic in-room safe, a mini bar, Wi-Fi and high speed Internet access, radio and CD player, satellite 32" or 42" TV and DVD player, complimentary coffee/tea making facilities, an umbrella, a Yoga mat (on request), and complimentary flip-flops.
